Shearz Off Main provides hair salon services including, but not limited to, styling and haircuts, color services, waxing, and special treatments. - Appointments can be booked online through our “Book Now” feature, which is powered by our booking partner, DealMagik, or by contacting us directly by phone or email.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and appointment information at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, or decline appointments at our discretion, including for reasons such as scheduling conflicts, stylist availability, or incomplete booking information.
3. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in a request for prepayment on future bookings or a decline of future appointment requests, at our discretion. 4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services and packages (Essential, Signature, Luxe, and any à la carte services) are listed on our Site and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or prior chemical treatments before any service begins.
- Results from color, waxing, and treatment services may vary based on individual hair and skin type; we cannot guarantee an exact match to reference photos.
- You agree to treat our staff and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an abusive, unsafe, or disruptive manner.
6. Photos and Testimonials
With your consent, we may photograph your hair before and after a service for portfolio or promotional purposes and may feature client testimonials on our Site or social media. We will not use identifiable images or testimonials without first obtaining your permission, and you may request removal at any time by contacting us.

Our online booking is processed through DealMagik, a third-party platform. Your use of the booking feature is also subject to DealMagik’s own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues arising from third-party platforms used to support our services.
